EU Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Sentorise provides a 30-day withdrawal period for eligible direct website orders by EU consumers, preserving the longer period already offered. The statutory 14-day protection remains unaffected.

Notify us that you wish to withdraw

Email [email protected] or [email protected] with a clear statement, your name, order number and the goods concerned. No reason or prior approval is required for a valid withdrawal notice.

Open your customer account to view any cancellation or return controls available for your order. Email remains an alternative and does not require an account.

Do not send a battery to an unconfirmed address or ship an unsafe battery through an ordinary parcel service. Contact support for appropriate transport arrangements; these arrangements do not invalidate a timely withdrawal notice.
